Our Returns Policy

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.  You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to a compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.  You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

We do not refund goods unless they contain a manufacturers fault or are damaged.

What we ask of you:

The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 5 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.

We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items. We will happily refund your item provided the item and its packaging is in its original condition. See below for the time frame your refund must be made in:

Refunds (sale items) not allowed

Refunds (full price items) – 21 days from date of purchase

General Points

Prepaid card purchases such as Gift cards are non refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Order Cancellations: If notified before goods have been dispatched, Belle & Co Living can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, Belle & Co Living reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.
